Why on earth did you retake a 173? It's not going to kill your chances at any school and should still apply to just about everyone, but it certainly wasn't the best thing to happen

I regretted that very very much. I should have cancelled the score or postponed the test or just been absent. :(

Retook it this June and just got my score (Asia). It's a 165.
I don't know why that happened and I had never got such a low score in my PTs or even in cold diagnostic test.
I was expecting to go to a T6 or something with a 173 but with a 165 now it's below the median of every T14 school.

Would law schools think that I just got my 173 by luck and 165 reveals my actual ability?

How would this significant drop affect my chance at top 14?

Am I able to get into any T14 at all now?

My GPA 3.79.
I had a somewhat substantial drop between my first take and retake; didn't seem to hurt me much. I didn't write an addendum or anything. Still made it into most schools where I was within medians.

You should be fine for the T14, except for Yale and Stanford. Most law schools only need to care about your highest LSAT since that's what they report to USNews.

Normally I'd say retake but...
