I'd talk to an attorney about this, as well as seeing if you need to report this to your T20 law school to get everything out on the table so there are no surprises when you graduate law school

I wouldn't worry. It was just a letter dude. It wasn't a formal charging document or anything.

you need to talk to an attorney, but it sounds like there are no formal charges being filed, so no, you don't need to report it.
