How to politely ask professor to send LOR for the 3rd time?

Took 3 classes with one of my recommenders. He was (very) happy to write me a letter upon my completion of the third class I was taking with him. He sent me a draft of the letter and it was extremely detailed and excellent, requesting any changes I wanted him to make be sent to him.
Fast forward to now (about 4 months later) I have finished that third class and graduated. I sent him an email about 3 weeks ago reminding him and he said he would get to it that week and email me once he submitted it to LSAC. So far I haven't received anything. I'm taking the Dec LSAT and will be applying this fall for next fall so I guess I'm not in too big of a rush but it would be nice to have that letter in LSAC since my other one has been there for quite some time.
How do I politely ask him yet again to get to it? He's a busy professor I guess..haha
