Affirmative Action is first and foremost objectively racist. When Admissions Committee members give preferential treatment to a candidate based upon their ethnicity, they are committing racism.

Of note here too is that Affirmative Action (if you’re white) strips you of opportunity. Your ancestors’ actions (regardless of who they were) are de facto responsible for the potential demise of YOUR success.

If you’re a beneficiary of Affirmative Action, then you may be lucky. However, you will be putting YOURSELF in a situation where you may not be academically equipped for the demands that the school has. Indeed, 1 in 4 MIT Affirmative Action admittances dropped out within the first year.

TLS readers- STAND UP AND UNITE. Tell law schools that Affirmative Action is not fair. Tell your local congressman that YOU deserve the right to be considered on the same level as everyone else. Post forums on this site protesting the EVILS of Affirmative Action. Start a Facebook group; create a protest at your school, boycott class, or anything else that will let them know that we want to be treated EQUALLY as is our right under the 14th amendment.
