So you've already deposited at a school, and you're wondering if your mediocre grades this semester will cause them to rescind your acceptance?

The answer is no.

The only thing you might worry about is the plagiarism issue but it sounds like you didn't do anything wrong. So dont worry about it if its true.

Revoking FERPA waivers seems like a terrible idea. It screams "I did something stupid! Look closely at my LORs!"

Profs are definitely not going to contact a school/employer of their own initiative to say bad things about you. They're just not. Mostly because they have way too many other, better things to do with their time.

dude you're overthinking this and freaking out. They won't care about the one grade and no professor is going to reach out to a law school over this issue when they're dropping it at their own university.

I would delete this thread and just relax

Wait. What the hell really happened? Why are you talking to the Dean about this?
If you want advice, tell the truth, or a closer version of it.

But from what you've said I would trust the Dean and the professor and thank them for saving me, as it sounds like they did.

I wouldn't revoke anything. Where did you get this stupid idea?

If your professor wanted to screw you over, he wouldn't have given you a passing grade and would've filed a formal report. Sounds like he's actually trying to help you here.

Apply Early?

NVM, grades posted earlier slightly fudged and off because they weren't officially submitted until recently and I was just predicting what my grades would be.
