I started community college when I was 14 and by the time I was 16 had racked up two Cs and a D in languages and math (the math, 102, was a developmental course not included in my gpa).
Obviously these count towards my LSAC GPA, but otherwise I am sitting on a ~3.8. If I explain my early age in a GPA explanation letter, how much will these courses kill my chances at a T14?
Thanks a lot!

youll prob be viewed better than others with a similar LGPA without a reason.
However your cycle will almost def look like a typical applicant's who is below the GPA median.

classes not included in your lgpa will have no effect on your cycle

Nova is right. You would think they would mostly ignore it, but they treat you like a below median person still. If your LSAT is high enough you'll be fine for most places though.

if the math is clearly marked on your transcript as "remedial" then it won't count, so only the 2 to worry about.

that blows. sorry.
they won't treat you like a 3.8, but it might mitigate a little of the damage.
