Honestly (and I know you don't want to hear this), getting waitlisted at Richmond might be the best thing that's ever happened to you. Paying 150k+ for a coin's flip at becoming a lawyer is NOT a good outcome. With a bit of work, I'm sure you could take that low 150s score to a mid 160s score and you could potentially get a giant scholly.
As for your LOCI, I am a 0L but it just seems okay. You've already sent two. You are below both medians. The "Although I have been offered admission from other law programs, I am holding out with the hopes that I will receive a call from you with the good news" seems super desperate which may not be a good thing.
