Withdraw after negotiating?

Is it considered unprofessional or rude to withdraw after negotiating for scholarships?
My LSAT was very low (152) and GPA is average (3.45), but i still managed to get into Lewis and Clark(no money), Seattle U (10k/year) probably due to my personal story and diversity(immigrant and etc).
The reason why my LSAT was low was that i studied for it while working full time and taking full time classes. Now if i took a year off and retook it, i'm thinking i would receive better scholarships. Also, my overall GPA will slightly increase, as im on track to get a 4.0 this final semester.
But would the schools i already started negotiating with, look at me as an 'unserious' candidate next year?
