If I was charged with this and successfully completed a diversion program, do I need to list it? Thanks.

Based on the wording of your C&F it should be painfully clear if you need to. Some prompts specifically say anything as a minor or anything under a diversion program.

Perhaps you should post the prompt from your specific school.

If you do not want to goto law school---> do not disclose

If you're as invested in the LSAT as I am, then you are thinking in terms of propositional logic. The benefit of this, of course, is that it clears up any question that may have gone unaddressed in previous posters' reply.
