Schools have to report by March 17. April 1 is the release date.cannibal ox wrote:Will the data be available for us April 1st, or is that the date schools have to report by?
Has something changed since then?jenesaislaw wrote:This year, the ABA moved the employment status date from Feb 15th to March 15th, i.e. from 9 months to 10 months. This means that the new employment data will be out around the first or second week of April. We'll have the data up on LST within an hour or two of the ABA releasing the data.
oh that's why I thought mid Aprilcannibal ox wrote:Is April 1st the confirmed date by the ABA? This was posted by the creator of LST on Feb 1st of this year:

Huh, okay. Yeah, the ABA site still has the February 15th employment date, so perhaps the March 17 reporting date is also now pushed a month back.cannibal ox wrote:Is April 1st the confirmed date by the ABA? This was posted by the creator of LST on Feb 1st of this year:

Halved their "unemployed and seeking" percentage compared to last year. JD Advantage is down significantly, as well. Biglaw increased, although so did 2-10 person firm jobs.mx23250 wrote:Notre Dame already posted its ABA class of 2013 data. http://www3.nd.edu/~ndlaw/career/employ ... ksheet.pdf
Just to be clear, the status date is March 15th. The data are due to the ABA on March 17th (today). The ABA estimates a three-week turnaround, which puts the data out on April 7th. The turnaround timeline is fuzzy. Other dates are hard.cotiger wrote:Huh, okay. Eta: Wow, I thought that I had seen Spivey and Kyle (jenesaislaw from LST) report April 1. Just searched back and Kyle said an April 7 reporting date, so a release date of about a week later. SORRY EVERYONE I SAID APRIL 1 TO.![]()
Does that mean you will have the raw data up or that it will be incorporated into LST with scores/percentages?jenesaislaw wrote:This means that the new employment data will be out around the first or second week of April.
