C/O 2017 Age Range

Post by itachiuchiha » Wed Mar 12, 2014 9:40 pm

I'm curious to see what the age range looks like of those who are applying this cycle.

I turn 21 as of midnight tonight.

so far from the 12 votes, I am surprised to see only 1 person at 22. That is around the standard age for a k-jd right now.

You will be young at your school if you start this fall.

You're going to get some skewed results because each of your categories aren't distributed the same.

I have a friend at HLS who turned 21 during her 1L year. I could not even imagine what it must be like to be that young in law school.

22 people would have selected the 21-25 category, so i broke it up

One of the last places in the world I'd want to spend my 21st birthday is at law school.

I could be mistaken but wouldn't one be quite socially excluded? There is a BIG difference between a 21 year old and a 24 year old.

The 25-30 category is too broad. 25 is a normal age to start, 30 is non traditional territory.

I can't imagine what. A 20 year old might be somewhat excluded because they can't go anywhere to drink which is a big law school event.

My 1L class had a girl that turned 21, as well. That seemed to be the only time it was an issue.

And 24 people have selected 25-30. I'm most interested in the early 20s v. mid 20s v. 30+ breakdown.

Full disclosure: 25 and happy about it

Just turned 26. But I still have all of my NCAA eligibility, so I've got that going for me.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
