Graduate school marks.

Hello,
I am currently in a masters program and I was wondering if it matters if I get a couple of B's. I got all A's last term but I am concerned namely because I had a nice GPA in undergrad (3.87) in a tough major (biochemistry) and I don't want a "downward trend" to be a factor for me not getting admitted. I read that the LSAC only considers undergraduate GPA but they still ask for graduate school transcripts. I know the LSAT counts a lot as well (I haven't taken it yet) but I would still want my grades to be an asset. If it matters, I am shooting for a top school.
Thanks a lot!
