LSAC Personal Statement Formatting Issue

I can't seem to find a solution to this problem - no matter what font and spacing I use, the bottoms of the letters in my documents are cutting off when I upload to LSAC. g's look like o's.
Please advise.

don't use g's p's or q's

mine did that too sometimes but it was a display issue. try looking at it from a different computer.

I had this same issue, it looked like ass on my older laptop but on my desktop looked fine. I never had any LS mention it, so I'm guessing it was just my laptop.
