How to withdraw applications?

So, as per an ED agreement I made with a school, I have to withdraw my other applications "in writing".
Does anyone have any idea how exactly one does this? Do I have to do it by hand, can I email it, etc.?
Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing "in writing" means you can't just call them and tell them you withdraw. It has to be documented. So I'd imagine an email would suffice, but, again, this is just my assumption. Congrats on your ED acceptance!

You MUST send an actual post letter. SIGNED IN BLOOD.
The "in writing" just means they want a paper trail (I think it's really more so you can CYA, not the accepting school). Congrats nonetheless!
