I am an international student and non-English speaker. I have already spent one year study LSAT. June 151, Dec 160. Do you think I should study for the third time or just not go.

What were your PT scores like before the December test? How rigorously did you study? What sections were you losing points on?

PTs around low 160s, about 8 hours a day. RC is the worst part around 12, LR 4-6 per section, LG 0-2. I really think the scores is because of my English skill

You already know the answer to your own question.

Take a year and work on developing your command of the English language before studying for the LSAT. Study for the actual test for 3-5 months, then retake. If you aren't willing to do this, forget law school.

OP spent a year studying for the LSAT. OP will probably never do much better. I probably just wouldn't go to law school.

Coupled with the fact OP probably won't be able to qualify for federal loans, I probably wouldn't go at all.

Maybe if you can get a full ride to a T2 without super scary stips?

Do you want to be a lawyer in the US, or in your country of origin?

That you were able to score a 160 with a shaky command of English is impressive, but I think you should either not go, at least assuming that you plan on practicing in the US.
