Do law schools even see your actual transcript?

Been curious about this awhile.

I'm talking about my actual transcript, the one that lists my classes and grades. I know they get the LSAC report, but that doesn't list the classes/individual grades, etc.

This goes against common TLS wisdom and what I've been doing for the past 2 years. Is there any validity to this?

ummm yes i told you there was a conference with the top schools, and it came out of the adcoms mouths. PM if you want the link. i dont have time to watch it again and find exactly where or which one said it, but i do remember them shaking their head in agreement with the speaker.

Just looked back at it. University of Virginia, Harvard University, New York University, University of Pennsylvania were involved. Anne Richard, Senior Assistant Dean for Admissions, University of Virginia School of Law Jessica Soban, Assistant Dean & Chief Admissions Officer, Harvard University School of Law Ken Kleinrock, Associate Dean for Admissions, New York University School of Law Randi Garnick, Director of Admissions, University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
