High LSAT and low GPA

Hello everybody,
I was graduated in biochemistry with GPA of 3.1 this year
I am planning to take LSAT next October.
I'm an alcoholic. dropped out beginning of junior year and came back to same school after 2 years and finished. when i came back i got all As and one B-. i mostly worked as rehab counselor and have a paper published in inorganic chem field. I was wondering if i have a chance to get into top law schools? i appreciate any advice or tip.
