Question about foreign transcript & diploma

Hi, all,
I am currently applying for law schools in fall. I have graduated from a college and graduate school that's outside the US/US territories.
Since the LSAC specifically asks my college and graduate school, rather than myself, to submit my transcript (& diploma too?) to the LSAC' online application system, it seems I have to ask my schools to submit my transcript (& diploma?) for me.
But as foreign institutions, my schools state they don't provide such service explicitly (I assume that unlike foreign institutins American schools wouldn't have a problem with this requirement, right?). Has anyone encountered similar situations before? Could anyone please give me a suggestion on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.
