Hello,
I have a pretty solid paper that discusses my struggle with the English language from when I first moved to the US. I'm debating on using it as my diversity statement add on. Anyone have any thoughts? It is basically set up as a story and my struggle and then discusses how I improved and my overall change in attitude etc.
My personal statement is on a completely different topic and doesn't discuss any of the hardship I endured as an immigrant.
