Which of the T14 are December LSAT (January Application) Friendly and which are unfriendly?

All of them should accept your December LSAT score, if that's what you're asking.

I meant in terms of the rolling admissions issue. Late applicants vs. Early Applicants.

I was looking for this! I had it bookmarked a while back. I never could understand what it means? if it says 30%, does that mean that someone with X GPA and Y LSAT are 30% more likely to get admitted if their app was submitted a month prior?

Chicago and Berkeley seem to be big on early applicants. I don't think it makes much of a difference elsewhere, as long as your numbers aren't borderline.

A stronger app is always better than an earlier app that isn't as strong. Might sound dumb, but I think people overestimate how much of a boost early submissions get because generally the people who submit super early already have great applications/numbers so there could just a be a bias there. With admissions down and such this year like the year before I think schools won't care as much that our apps went out now vs in October or November.
