If my LSAC GPA goes up or down after I submit the transcript request will that be updated automatically or do i have to do something.

The LSAC automatically updates your CAS file anytime they receive something new, like new transcripts. Also, there's about 5 threads on this made in the last week. You most likely could've found the answer quicker than the time it took to make a new thread.
