Referenced the Q&A and it wasn't quite clear - for my personal & diversity statements, should I just note that in the header of the document alongside my name & LSAC number, or should it be a centered title similar to an essay of sorts?

I wouldn't waste precious space. Put it in the header.

Yale's 203 blog somewhere said not to worry about titling it. It's obviously your personal statement.

I would put it in the header with your name and LSAC #. Don't waste space.

Asha is saying not to worry about thinking up a title for the PS. She's not saying not to label the essay at all.
OP, teampeeta posted TCR.

I still wouldn't worry about it. Hasn't seemed to impact my cycle at all.

I didn't put a title, name, or LSAC number on any document unless I was asked to. You have to title the document when you upload it into your application anyway. I'm not saying that this is the proper way to do it by any means, but I don't think it has hurt me during my cycle.
