Anyone else getting an error when trying to open up apps?

I keep receiving an error stating that I am trying to open an application in more than one tab when i simply attempt to open my applications...
Anyone else getting this?

Whenever this happened to me, I closed my Chrome browser and reopened LSAC in Firefox. Worked every time. If that doesn't help you, I don't know what your issue is.

Yeah try using a different browser, or restarting your computer.
