I have worked full-time my entire UG so should i get a LOR from my employer? My classes are evening classes so I have an academic LOR, but since i have worked at the same place I was a little curious.

This sounds like a situation in which it would be good to have an employer LOR. Will he/she write a good recommendation? Have you earned increased responsibility over the years?
