STILL no early decision!

My ED school claims to guarantee a decision for ED candidates within 3 weeks. I applied there on Friday 11/22, and my application was "completed" on Monday 11/25 (3 weeks ago TODAY).
I still haven't received word from them, and I was wondering if it's ever normal for them to be a little late? Should I be worried at this point? Am I jumping the gun because my decision will be coming later this evening? Is it worth giving the school a call, or can that backfire somehow?
