The truth is that it is always better to error on the side of disclosing.
However, if they did not take your id or write a police report (they usually do even if you don't know it), then it is probably not necessary to disclose non-arrest detainments.

Plenty of people get detained/ interrogated everyday. If they haven't charged you with anything, then why would you disclose that.

If there were no actual arrests, charges, citations, tickets, etc. then I wouldn't disclose. The only one I am not 100% sure of is the night in jail. They didn't charge you with anything? Disorderly or something?

If you spent time in a cell, you were in custody/arrested and should disclose in response to questions that ask about arrests, even if you weren't charged.
If you were in a situation where you weren't free to leave, you were detained but not necessarily arrested. If you are unsure about a specific event and whether you need to disclose on an app, ask the admissions office at the school.
