Are schools generous to re-applicants?

Hi,

I applied to law school a few years ago and received some generous scholarship offers. I'm reapplying this year and I was wondering if anyone who has done the same could shed light on the scholarships they received the second time around - are schools more stingy? more generous? the same?

(I have a couple of years more work experience, including a relatively prestigious policy job, but no change in LSAT.)

Thank you for your input.

I can't imagine why a school would treat re-applicants differently from first-time applicants

Thanks, hichvichwoh. That's what I'm hoping for, but I wonder if there's any sort of institutional memory!

If anything, you might see an increase in scholarship money given the economy and downturn in applicants.

Other than that, the process is pretty mechanical - they'll just be looking at your numbers.
