Transcripts

I know you need to send in your overseas transcripts if they account for more than one year of bachelor's degree study. I studied abroad for two years, only one of which I transferred the credits from. From that one year that I transferred the credits, I went to two schools. I only received 21 credits from this year, which is less than the 30 credits you would receive in a year of bachelors degree program. Do I need to send in these transcripts?
Also, when I was in high school, I took a course through Syracuse University that I received college credit for. However, the course was given in my high school, taught by my high school teachers, etc. Do I need to send in the transcript from this class?
Thanks :)

I don't know anything about study-abroad credits, but if the course you took in HS was for college credit, it does need to be reported.

Its on my college transcript because I transferred the credits, but I want to know if I need to send in a transcript from that school specifically.

This sound likes a classic "Call an admissions office and ask" situation.

Generally speaking it's pretty simple. Did you receive graded, college credit from an American university before you graduated? If so, yes, it will count towards your GPA and must be submitted. If not, no, it will not count toward your GPA but I'd still go ahead and submit it just to be safe.
