On some applications there is no specific section for uploading miscellaneous addenda. For these applications, where should they be uploaded?

If the school doesn't give you a place for it, I would think long and hard about whether it is really necessary. Most schools will give you a place if they are interested in hearing about it. But if you do think its a must, then yes, I would call. They will probably have you email it and then add it to your file.
