Is this sufficient?

I will be retaking the LSAT in December in order to maximize scholarship opportunities. However, I would like my application to be processed using my October result.

I'm not sure you even need to include an addendum. They'll just process your app and then tell them your updated LSAT score once it comes out (they'll get it automatically but inform them anyway)
