Please, please, please call them. Demand to speak directly to the dean of admissions. Then report back.
Seriously, use some common sense. Do you really think any law school is going to ding a solid application because the font is one point too small?

If your numbers are good enough, I wouldn't worry.
If your numbers put you in ambiguous territory, you may want to call/email and ask whether they actually care (and my guess is no).

My personal statement's font was one point too small for one school...that school admitted me with a full ride.
I don't think you have anything to worry about.
