Next year they may implement some difficult logical reasoning questions that you have to answer on the spot.
In all seriousness, it appears to be a mixed bag, as you'll see in the post that's been referenced. If you write a good PS, they may want to know more. Have a spotty resume? They'll want the gaps filled. Or at least that's my impression.
