University of Washington- Chances

Hey guys,
So I'm wondering about my chances with getting into UW, I applied for the Early Decision program and my credentials are:
GPA: 2.86
LSAT: 164
I know that my GPA is quiet low but a lot of it is due to being a Biochemistry major until the middle of my sophomore year which was not great to my grades. Since then I have averaged a 3.4 and my current major (Political Science) GPA is a 3.5, though I'm not sure if any of that matters. I would appreciate any input, thanks!
