can you add LoR after app submitted?

if i applied to a school and a new letter gets uploaded to my LSAC, can I update that new LOR to my submitted app?

Yes. Of course, that doesn't mean that the new letter will necessarily be reviewed.

I only know how Yale does things, because Asha posts lots of details on her blog, but I suspect many schools are similar. There, your file gets pulled to be reviewed by someone. When they're done with it, it goes back to the admissions office. If new materials are sent in, they're added the next time the file is back in the admissions office, and people who have already reviewed the file won't re-review it.

Again, this will vary by school. But the basic point is that if you want to be sure that something is reviewed, wait to submit your application until you have it. If you've already submitted your application and want to add something to it, it can't hurt to try.
