Law School Fairs

Okay, so I've completed my undergrad, taken my LSAT, began applying, and have a general idea of where I'd like to go to school...
However, I recently got an email about a few law school fairs that aren't too far away and have been considering going to check them out. There's over a hundred schools attending, including 90% of the schools that I plan on applying to. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with these fairs and if they would recommend them or think it's a complete waste of time.
Are these fairs only for students who are still early in undergrad/still debating law school, or would I see any kinds of benefits (possible fee waivers, etc.) of attending one of these law school fairs??

How likely is it that Northwestern, UPenn, and/or Michigan give fee waivers at the fair? I wasn't planning on going, but if I can cut down the costs of application season, that'd be helpful.

Northwestern's app is free until like Nov 5. Go to their website to get the waiver.

This, plus they like to see demonstrated interest in the Why X essays and LOCIs. So if you end up on the waitlist at any school, you could send a LOCI about how you specifically traveled to the law fair to check out the school and were so impressed etc etc.

Is it wrong to ask for fee waivers if you go to these things? when I (almost) applied before I had a few schools offer them to me after going but I feel kind of sleezy asking them in person. if it's not weird though I might as well...

Getting fee waivers is basically the only point of going to law school fairs.

Getting fee waivers is basically the only point of going to law school fairs.
And booklets! I love these booklets.
Plus, YP schools like Duke, UVA, and Michigan had lists for you to put your name on, which can't be a bad thing.
