Where does the rec's signature go on the Letters of recommendation form?

APPLICANT: This form must be fully completed and must accompany your letter of recommendation in order for Law
School Admission Council (LSAC) to match the letter to your file. Letters received without this completed form or without the recommender's signature will be returned to the recommender.

This is what it says on the recommendation form and although I finished filling out the form, I do not know where to get my recommender's signature at..

Or does this recommender's signature just mean a signature on the recommendation letter?
help?

the letter itself that is attached to the form should be signed.

Okay, so it is the letter that needs to be signed, not the form.

probably only applies to people who were recently married or divorced or something. Mine was empty and everything turned out just fine.
