I wasn't invited to ask questions either. It worked out. I wouldn't read anything into that.

Good luck!

Best of luck to you funkyduck! That sounds like a nerve-wracking call indeed.

Funkyduck,

I hope didn't tell him he was quacking in the wrong pond.

Hey at least you had the call! That's farther than thousands of other applicants get. I'll keep quacking, er hoping, that you get in.

I just figured someone with such a legendary status would be older. He also looks jovial. I am not calling him fat, for the record, he just looks happy.
Ahhh to be accepted and be able to say anything I want about Toby

Toby is TEH AWESOME

I don't think I said anything rude about him. I would have told him to his face he wasn't what I expected if I weren't still scared to death of him, despite his overwhelming kindness and down to earth style.

Hi guys! Long time reader, first time poster...just a quick question for those of you that got the T2...how much after the T1 did you get the T2? I just had my T1 yesterday...

Also, I think my timeline was a little messed up? I submitted everything two months ago...then I got the T1 call, and today I finally get the e-mail from Harvard that my app is complete. Has that happened to anyone else? Thanks!

That sounds like your timeline is pretty normal. TS2 often comes about a week after TS1. Check http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com if you want a more precise sampling of dates.

Yes, that's about right. I think it's standard. Don't sweat it. Congrats on the TS1, good luck on the TS2.

Lol, I did tell him that. He is super down to earth, so I guess I figured I could talk freely. Plus, we're already in, right? ;)

Thanks for the congratuquacks!

I was actually browsing this forum when the phone rang. I couldn't pry the thing out of my gym bag in time to talk to TS, but I knew what was going on when I saw the 617 number on my missed calls list.

I'm blown away - I was preparing myself to be one of the 20% or whatever who don't get beyond a TS1. It would be very, very difficult to turn down this offer especially given the new 3rd year free for public service students thing. This is quacktastic!

Congrats!

Having recently returned from my visit, I can say it is a decision you probably won't regret. Go to the April ASW and let them sell you though.

Do PCEMs always come out on Fridays?

Also, according to LSN, this was the last week anyone was accepted last year, and they've already accepted slightly more people this year than the total admits from last year. For whatever that's worth.

The number of students accepted on LSN has gone up every year since the site was created. I think students might be using it more and more every year.

Also, according to LSN, no deferred applicant has received a decision. Many were accepted last year. It appears that they are behind by a couple weeks in comparison to last year as a whole. I would bet we will see 20 or so more LSN acceptances.

Also, I believe PCEM's have gone out on Fridays recently and occasionally on Thursdays earlier in the cycle. Hope is not lost just yet!
