I have 3.78 GPA and 169 LSAT and I got priority track email from Duke. What is the acceptance rate of that priority check? BTW, I am an international student, any other international students applying for JD this year? :) :)

I got that too. I added it to my list because the $15 LSAC fee is worth the possible piece of mind of knowing within 10 days that I've gotten into a T14.

Don't know what the % chance at getting in is, but I would guess it is high if they only take 10 days to evaluate it.

Priority track is a tool used by Duke to increase its application levels. It does not change the likelihood of your acceptance, which is still essentially a function of your numbers.
