Waitlisting off of ED

Not sure if this has been answered on TLS or just that obvious but say you ED at a school and then get waitlisted. Are you then free to ED at another school?
Read the ED agreement you sign, first off, but the answer to your question should be yes. Unless a school admits you through binding ED they have no say in what you do afterwards.
