I am confused as to how I send my transcript to LSAC to get it converted to their scale. Is this all done through CAS? I am planning on getting all this stuff out of the way this week.

Yes. CAS is a service offered through LSAC, so buy it then you will be able to print off the transcript request forms to include in your transcript request to your UG institution(s). LSAC is pretty quick about getting transcripts in and processed. In short, no CAS= no LSAC GPA.
