Any idea when some applications will open?

About half of my schools have posted them (or at least said when they would be available) but many aren't listed on the LSAC site. I know most places say Sept 1. Are some substantially later than that?

Some might go up tomorrow. I know WUSTL is doing that, perhaps because the 1st happens to fall during the weekend (but tomorrow is a holiday, so who knows what's up with that). I saw one school saying they'd post applications on the 10th and several saying October 1st.
