I have a great upward trend, 3.8 last 4 semester but LSAC GPA is 3.17, I have a 170. Probably wont get into any, but would it be more effective to ED at Virginia, Cornell, or UCLA?

I'd try for UVA and if that doesn't work, then Cornell I guess.
What about just going to NU? The 170 should be good to go there, no? Might even get a little money if you're lucky.

Easy answer is uva. With the 169 median now it's a strong possibility.

Are you from Virginia? If so, definitely ED at UVA. It's significantly easier to get accepted in-state. Otherwise, you should still apply ED to UVA if you would prefer it to Cornell. If you don't have residency in Virginia and have no preference between the two, I'd consider applying ED to Cornell. Regardless of ED, I think you're a fairly safe bet to UCLA and have a decent chance at Cornell. UVA might be a little bit of a stretch, but definitely worth a shot.

ED @ UVA first. Hear back in 10 (or is it 15?) days. If dinged, just try at Cornell.
