6 transcripts--should I write addendum?

So, I have transcripts from 6 different schools on my account. Should I write an addendum about this? Here is the rundown:
1. I have dual credit from high school from one junior college.
2 and 3. I grew up in a military family, so I graduated from a high school in a town I had only lived in for 2 years. After graduation, I moved back to a town where I had a lot of friends and took courses at one juco fall semester and another juco spring semester in the same town.
4. the university at which i finished my bachelor's degree. (spent 2.5 years there)
5. a class i was enrolled in at my degree granting school was cancelled and i needed it my last semester and had to take it via correspondence course at a completely different school. so i have 3 credits from another random university.
6. i finished a graduate degree from another university.
All of my grades are good (3.86 overall gap) and all of the junior college credits are over 10 years old (i'm almost 30).
Does any of this warrant an explanation, or should I just leave it alone?
Any advice appreciated!
