So I am trying to add a new recommender on my file so that he could submit the LOR online. It seems LSAC is asking for his mailing address even though I intend to have him submit online. That is, when I click "add recommender/evaluator", it shows recommender's mailing address as required information. Is there a way to by-pass this?

If my recommender tries to do it on his end, can he create a recommender's account with LSAC, and submit the LOR online without me putting in any of his info? Can he simply submit the LOR to my profile, with information such as my name an LSAC account number?

Unfortunately I am not asking for a professor in this case and I would like to find out how it works before I ask for more information. As I am going to ask other people who were not my professors for LOR very soon it would be very helpful if I can understand how it works.

If they choose to submit the LOR online, do they have to create an account? Will they need my account number or will the form suffice??
