Top 20 Prospective Law schools Bad GPA Good LSAT

My first post here.
I recently graduated from undergrad from a top 50 school in Physics and took the June 2013 LSAT. I didn't want to pay too much attention to TLS stats for schools before I got my LSAT score. Lately, as I have started to fill in info on LSAC, I've been feeling a little paranoid about my application as my GPA is not strong at all. I didn't make the decision for Law School until the end of my Junior Year where I did a lot of damage control. I was wondering if I could get some advice on which school I'll probably be able to place.
According to TLS that puts me as a splitter app for a school like GWU(which is a school I'd definitely attend). I know there are ample people with the same stats and technical background as I who have posted ...
However, as I'm reviewing my transcript, I've realized that I've accumulated 5 C's, 3 W's(which were all retaken with B's), and 1 F.
Will this kill my application and separate me greatly from another with a 3.3? Also, should I retake the LSAT and go for a higher score this October? I honestly doubt I could do better but it seems like that's the only thing I could do about my hard stats.
Currently I'm studying for the Patent Bar which I could honestly take anytime. So if I need to drop that and focus on my app, that's no problem.
Thanks for anyone's help!
I'd be glad to answer questions and give more info.
