Chance an International Student for American Law Schools.

I'm currently a rising senior at a top 10 university (that isn't part of the ivy league). I have a 3.6 GPA in a STEM major (think neuroscience, biology, premed) and I received a score of 175 on my LSAT. I would appreciate it if you could appraise my chances for Harvard Law School (I realize that they are slim). How much of a difference would raising my GPA to a 3.7 make? Are any of you aware of potential sources of funding for international students intent upon pursuing a legal career in the US?
