UMich RD app sent first half of September.. Notification?

Hey all
I am non-URM w/ 169/3.67 (Michigan's medians, about).
If a submit my RD app to UMich in the first few weeks of September, how likely is it that I get notification of some sort by the end of the year?
How does this compare to the likelihood of same-year notification at other non-HYS T14 schools if the RD app is completed during September?
