Like how much volunteer/internships you do?
How much does HYS care?

Not having anything/only a little > Probably gonna hurt.
Having average experiences (which for most plausible applicants will be above average when compared to the general college graduate) > Doesn't matter.
Curing cancer/Olympic athlete/Starting a very successful business/Rhodes Scholarship/Ph.D./Military > Likely to help.
