Top Law Schools

I'm headed to University Park for my freshman year of college this fall. I haven't decided on a major as of yet but I'm exploring all sorts of options, law being the one that has piqued my interest lately. Is going to Penn State, as opposed to a more prestigious private college, going to be a significant liability? Say I decide on law and set my mind on Harvard or Penn, should I consider transferring colleges after a year or two at PSU (presuming I've got 3.7+ at PSU)?

to this end, I recommend a BA in Religion. then do penance for your desire to be a lawyer.
