is your undergrad institution a big factor in admissions?

I am at San Diego State and I want to attend a law school like lmu or Santa clara, Would I have a better chance if I went some were like UCSC or UCR?

nope, I'm at top 14 and there are a few kids from state here. where you go to undergrad really doesn't matter, just get good grades.
